Project Management: 80%

Management plans are created for all knowledge areas. Each management plan is futuristic and if you get a question which talks about a problem in the project, the answer might be for the project manager to look at the management plan to see how the plan says to handle such a problem. Or when the work is being done, the project manager might refer to the risk management plan to see how risks are supposed to be identified, tracked and reported on the project.

Marketing: 60%

Our marketing counsel is based upon demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking, planning, evaluating, and stakeholder research to help define our brand attributes.

 

Logistics: 50%

In the area of logistics process planning, Arrouha is able to cover and plan the entire spectrum of services, or just parts of the whole chain.  The aim is therefore first to gain an overview of the complexity and then to develop efficient logistics processes that meet the requirements. Furthermore, it is important to find the simplest possible solutions to integrate employees into the system and to involve them in planning processes.

The process of creating and following policies and procedures to ensure that a project meets the defined needs it was intended to meet from the customers perspective is termed as Quality Management.

 

Risk Management: 95%

Risk management includes risk management planning, risk identification, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks, risk response planning, monitoring and controlling the risk responses. Risk management helps in increasing the possibility of positive events on the project and effectively reduces the possibility of negative events on the project.
